Which countries do you ship to?
We are not yet international and we are limited to shipping only here in the Philippines.
Do you ship to Visayas and Mindanao?
We currently focus our deliveries within Luzon since our products are perishable and must always be chilled. We do however have clients as far as the mountain provinces up north which takes more than 10 hours of travel. If it takes longer than 24 hours we may risk the products spoiling. But we are open to ideas if you want our products to be shipped inter-island, reach out to us! Maybe we can find a solution how we can deliver to your place.
How will my order be shipped?
After placing an order, we will arrange shipment via different couriers; Lalamove, Grab, Angkas, and Toktok. The delivery fee is calculated based on average of how much these couriers charge on a per radius base starting from our commissary as the base point.
Can I arrange my own delivery/pick-up?
Yes! just choose the "Pick-Up" option upon check out and it will notify us that you plan to have your order be self-picked up. Our Commissary address is Unit 5A 1365 E. Rodriguez Sr. Avenue Quezon City (this address is seen via google maps or waze)
How do I pay? I have Gcash besides my debit/credit card
For online transactions like Gcash, and/or debit/credit cards, kindly click on "Hitpay", this is our payment channel for Gcash transactions.
I have a business or concept, what’s the minimum order amount?

Yes! we can surely help with R&D and production depending on your needs, reach out to us!
Do you accept returns?
We may or may not accept returns depending on circumstances, but we sure do replacements. We believe that since our products are of high quality and are perishable, we want you to experience the best. If you feel that you have received the products in poor quality (eg. spoiled) kindly reach out to us ASAP through our contact channels.
